PolyProbs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website polyprobs.com and the PolyProbs application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and display name. If you use Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Usage Data: We use Plausible Analytics (a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool) to collect anonymous usage statistics such as page views, referral sources, and device types. No personal data is collected by Plausible.
• Chat Messages: Messages sent in the public chat are stored temporarily (up to 7 days) and are visible to all users.
• Waitlist Emails: If you join our waitlist, we store your email address.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To authenticate your account and manage your session
• To send you important updates about the Service (if you opt in)
• To improve the Service based on anonymous usage analytics

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
• Plausible Analytics: Privacy-friendly website analytics (no cookies, no personal data)
• Stripe: Payment processing (when applicable)
• Railway: Application hosting
• Netlify: Landing page hosting

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Plausible Analytics does not use cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your account information
• Request a copy of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Delete your account at any time

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Chat messages are automatically deleted after 7 days. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
