These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PolyProbs website and application (the "Service") operated by PolyProbs ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

PolyProbs is a data analytics and monitoring tool that tracks publicly available trading data from the Polymarket prediction market platform. We provide real-time whale trade feeds, wallet tracking, and market analytics. PolyProbs is not a trading platform — we do not facilitate or execute trades.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the chat or any other feature
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without our permission

5. Data & Information Disclaimer

The data and information provided by PolyProbs is for informational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. All trading decisions are your own responsibility. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed.

Polymarket trading involves significant risk. You may lose some or all of your funds. Past performance of wallets or markets does not guarantee future results.

6. Subscription & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro" plan).
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by PolyProbs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

8. Chat & User Content

• Messages posted in public chat are visible to all users.
• Chat messages are automatically deleted after 7 days.
• We reserve the right to delete messages or ban users who violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it within the Service.

9. Third-Party Links & Data

The Service may contain links to Polymarket and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Data displayed in the Service is sourced from publicly available APIs and blockchain data.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLYPROBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
